Patients wishing to make a complaint against (or a compliment in favour of) a medical practitioner or dentist can do so using our contact details provided under “Contact”.
All medical and dental facilities have a complaints procedure. Most issues can be resolved directly with the health centre or unit manager. It is preferable that you discuss with them first to see if you can settle the problem. If you are still unhappy, you can make a complaint to SMDC.
You can make a complaint even if you were seen by a private medical practitioner or dentist.
